With expansion opportunities, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to strengthen our team.

Contract Type : Permanent (Full‑time) or Freelance

Location : Brussels

Reporting to : Project Manager (Operational Partner)

What you’ll do

Working directly with the Project Manager, you will oversee the technical and operational management of real estate projects from the preparation phase to the resolution of defects. Your goal is to ensure quality execution, budget compliance, and schedule adherence.

1. Preparation & Design Phase

• Provide technical expertise in the analysis of buildings in our portfolio and tender dossiers.
• Contribute to the development and validation of execution drawings and technical details to ensure constructibility and compliance with requirements and standards.
• Prepare or supervise precise measurements (by trade if necessary) to establish a solid basis for tender requests.
• Propose alternative materials or construction methods to reduce costs without compromising quality.
• Analyze technical variants proposed by contractors to optimize costs and timelines.
• Participate in the selection of contractors and in contract signing.
• Establish the overall project schedule to coordinate different contractors and trades.
