Giacomo Moda is a highly dynamic and growing company in the women's fashion sector with its own production in Europe. We are the wholesaler for three brands: Amélie & Amélie, Just Woman by Matteo, and Amagia (plus size).

Our showroom and offices are located at Trade Mart in Brussels (Laken). Our team consists of approximately 20 employees of various nationalities.



Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.

Your key responsibilities:

  • You provide administrative support to the company owner and office manager.
  • You serve as the primary point of contact within the company and filter incoming emails and phone calls.
  • You draft correspondence and emails in Dutch, French, and English.
  • You manage various company mailboxes.
  • You support your colleagues in using the ERP system.
  • You assist the Office Manager with personnel administration (HR admin).
  • You follow up on specific key account files.
  • You manage returns from A to Z (for both customers and suppliers).
  • You manage small purchases such as office supplies, water, etc.
  • You create reports and provide weekly updates.
  • You handle various (ad-hoc) administrative tasks and files.


Your profile

  • You are customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • You work very precisely and accurately.
  • You are highly mature and discreet.
  • You have a "can-do" attitude and show initiative.
  • You have strong organizational skills and remain unfazed by last-minute changes.
  • You speak and write fluently in Dutch, French, and English.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and pivot tables.
  • You have several years of experience in a similar role.
