Description
POSITION PURPOSE
Assist the Human Resources team in the general organization of human resources department and services to the employees and in the day-to-day operations by carrying out various administrative tasks. Replace the Human Resources Manager during her absence.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to applications
- Prepare contracts/employment certificates
- Prepare new employee files and introduce them to the hotel
- Assist employees with administration
- Follow up on medical/incapacity certificates
- Report and follow up on workers compensation administration
- Handle requests and correspondence from interim agencies
- File and organize daily paperwork
- Organize staff celebrations (staff party birthday retirement Christmas etc.).
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Languages: French and English (Dutch is a plus)
- Motivation good communication skills and flexibility
- Interest in responsibility and autonomy.
