Track Lead Business (Senior)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Track Lead Business to lead the business track of a strategic Energy Management System (EMS) implementation based on a SaaS solution.
The consultant will act as the Voice of the Business ensuring business requirements functional needs testing implementation and adoption remain aligned with the organizations objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the business track throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define validate and maintain business requirements and the functional vision.
- Coordinate Business IT architects security teams and external suppliers.
- Lead functional governance workshops and decision-making.
- Validate supplier analyses solution designs and configurations.
- Lead Business Acceptance Testing (BAT/UAT) and user validation.
- Coordinate business change management adoption and knowledge transfer.
- Lead the Business team and coordinate Business Analysts and Test Managers.
- Ensure traceability between requirements specifications configurations and delivered solutions.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Track Lead.
- 10 years of experience with large-scale Energy Management Systems / energy monitoring covering 1000 buildings.
- Strong experience in energy management energy optimization energy purchasing and invoice verification.
- Experience implementing or evolving enterprise EMS / SaaS platforms.
- Experience in the energy sector and preferably with a Distribution Grid Operator (DGO).
- Experience with public procurement / RFP processes.
- Proven team leadership and Scrum experience.
- Strong understanding of SaaS configuration and integration constraints.
- Fluent English and fluent French or Dutch with good knowledge of the other national language.
- Jira experience is a plus.
Location: Brussels Belgium
Work arrangement: Hybrid minimum 2 days onsite per week
Start: October 2026
Duration: Until September 2027 with possible extension
