Operating as the crucial link connecting commercial accounts with leading engineering experts, you will deliver technical advice, diagnostic support, and customized operational strategies to global fleet managers and service networks. Core Responsibilities Client Advisory: Function as the primary contact for high-priority cases across telephone and digital enterprise channels, upholding strict brand standards for safety and reliability. Complex Problem-Solving: Analyze intricate operational delays to provide quick, data-driven solutions for international corporate partners. Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate directly with engineering, sales, and supply chain teams to accelerate issue resolutions and keep database entries up to date. Structured Hybrid Schedule: Work four days on-site at the Ghent plant combined with one flexible remote work-from-home day each week. Candidate Requirements Language Proficiency: Bilingual Command: Fluent mastery of Czech and Lithuanian (written and spoken), with the capability to transition seamlessly between both languages in corporate environments.
