Voor een wereldwijde speler in containerleasing zoeken we een Technisch Medewerker die helpt onze vloot in topconditie te houden. Wat ga je doen? Als Technisch Medewerker ben jij de schakel tussen de Technisch Manager, onze regionale depots en de klanten. Je combineert technische controle met administratie en opvolging: Kwaliteit & Reparatie: Je beoordeelt schattingen voor reparaties, analyseert onderhoudskosten en bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze vloot. Inspectie & Audits: Je bezoekt depots (circa 15% reizen) voor inspecties op apparatuur en audits bij leveranciers. Aanspreekpunt: Je handelt technische klantvragen af en helpt problemen tussen klanten en depots op te lossen. Vlootbeheer: Je denkt mee over verkoop- of reparatiebeslissingen van containers in overleg met Sales en Marketing. Locatie: Antwerpen (Eilandje) | Hybride (4 dagen kantoor, 1 dag thuis) Wie zoeken we? Opleiding: Bachelor- of masterdiploma (technisch of commercieel). Ervaring: Een eerste technische werkervaring. Affiniteit met containers/koeltechniek of inspecties is een pluspunt; sterke technische interesse (eventueel vanuit hobby/passie) is een must. Vaardigheden: Je bent cijfermatig en analytisch ingesteld, maar ook communicatief en administratief sterk. Talen: Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Frans of Duits is een mooie troef. Flexibiliteit: Bereidheid om af en toe kortstondig te reizen (ca. 15%). Wat bieden wij?
