Position : Finance PMO
Support Project Governance :
Resource Management Coordination :
Monitor the status of multiple projects within the portfolio, consolidating progress reports and providing insights to senior management.
Risk and Issue Management Support :
Financial Oversight :
Track project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans, and provide detailed cost analysis and forecasts.
Stakeholder Communication :
Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders by facilitating regular updates, meetings, and feedback loops.
Quality Assurance :
Oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with the defined scope and objectives.
Team Coaching and Development :
Act as a mentor and coach to project managers and teams, promoting a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability.
Master’s degree in Management, Business Engineering, Engineering or equivalent
3 to 8 years of experience as PMO or Project Manager
Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks
Able to speak fluently in French & English , Dutch is a major asset
