As Head of Compliance you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the compliance program, ensuring that operations adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Reporting line to CRO
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance controls and risk management processes
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters
• Stay up‑to‑date with regulatory changes and industry best practices
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as needed
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and breaches
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors
