Job Title : Sales Director - B2C Drug Product - Europe
Location : Remote (Travel from 50-30%)
Package : 120-160K EUR Base + Bonus
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for winning new business across Europe, working closely with key stakeholders win new business & grow existing accounts
- Create commercial proposals, finalise contract negotiations, and oversee the entire agreement process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring consistent communication and resolving any issues promptly
- Conduct market research to uncover potential growth areas & engage with clients through visits, sustain an active sales pipeline, and conduct annual evaluations of business performance
- Collaborate heavily with the VP / C-Suite team to develop and implement a robust commercial strategy
Requirements :
Must have +5 Years experience selling pharmaceutical drug products to KOLs, doctors, hospitals, pharmaciesMust have previous market intelligence experience & a hunter mentality, whilst managing the marketing functionBachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering or similar educational backgroundProficient in CRM tools and Salesforce experience preferredCompany :
Over 100 Years in the space, with 3 European Manufacturing sites.Heavily investing in the commercial function, with an exciting therapeutic focus of FDF's / API's in Oncology, Respiratory, Neurological diseases & Women’s healthHyper growth focus, with a view of becoming a leader across EuropeSeniority level
