Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer incoming calls and manage general inquiries
Handle mail, deliveries, and courier services
Manage meeting room bookings and prepare spaces as needed
Provide administrative support to internal teams (scanning, filing, supplies, etc.)
Coordinate with service providers and facility teams when necessary
Previous experience in a front desk or office support role
Fluent in French and Dutch (English is a plus)
Friendly, service-minded, and well-presented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with MS Office and basic administrative tools
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with a smile
