Accounting & Reporting Manager Europe (m/f/x)

Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for an Accounting & Reporting Manager (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Leuven.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the IT sector.

As Accounting & Reporting Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:

• Manage the general accounting and monthly and yearly closes for Belgium and Luxembourg;
• Lead the local and offshore team;
• Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization;
• Comply with Group and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation and taking appropriate action;
• Be a reliable partner for Business control, supporting it in performance analysis and consistency of forecasts and take responsibility for all the Record to Report process.

The required profile for the Accounting & Reporting Manager (m/f/x) position:

• More than 5 years of experience in a management role leading financial reporting and accounting teams;
• Collaboration with senior leaders from supporting functions and the wider business;
• Very good knowledge of English;
• Very good knowledge of Dutch or French.
