Implementation of the corporate’s compliance procedures;

Liaise with the relevant certifying bodies in view of complying with tender and procurement requirements (e.g. issuance of required certificates);

Liaise with the Finance and the Insurance Department respectively regarding bonds and insurance policies related to projects in execution;

Coordinate corporate secretarial activities : convocation of corporate bodies, drafting of minutes and subsequent archiving.

Degree in Law is a plus;

2 years’ experience in similar roles;

Fluent in English. All other languages are considered an asset;

Excellent analytical skills and written communication is one of your strong points;

Hands-on mentality and very business minded;

Team player, yet able to work independently and duly manage your workload and priorities;

Strong communication and relational skills;

Open-minded, flexible and stress resistant;

Willing to work at our head office in Italy and / or on international assignments.
