What will you do?

As a program manager, you will oversee the connected projects within the program that accomplish strategic business goals. You frequently check in on the progress of the projects within your program and make sure they’re still aligned with those goals. Therefore, you will gain executive buy-in, and manage resources, interdependencies, budget, risks, timing, overall quality, and delivery.

You will facilitate clear and concise communication within the project teams and with sponsors. You are not afraid to support where needed, close to your teams while keeping a helicopter view.

Requirements

For this role, we require the following:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree
• +5 years experience as Project Manager
• +2 years experience as Program Manager
• Strong knowledge of project & program management methodologies (Prince2, PMP, PgMP, …) and agile (SAFe,..)
• Experience with defining and implementing digital transformation programs
• Experience with program management and dealing with C-level as well as more operational people
• Willing to quickly gain domain knowledge of your projects or share experiences & insights
• Proven track record in stakeholder and change management
• Outstanding problem solving and negotiating skills, keeping a helicopter view at any phase
• Excellent coaching skills: proven expertise in guiding teams to on-time delivery of high quality
• Highly adaptable to new situations and client requests, but also able to challenge them
• Result - solution oriented mindset & approach

• Fluent in English and native in Dutch or French, with business proficiency in the other

• You’re a strong and empathic communicator
• Act as a natural connector: you are able to bring stakeholders together and play a facilitating role by creating synergies between them
• Focus on people centered change: you support and manage our clients in their digital transformation. Next to the project delivery, we take away concerns and fears from stakeholders, creating buy-in through all layers of the organization
• Keeping a cool head in demanding environments is something that comes naturally to you
• Knowledge-sharing and coaching are key. You are willing to help others and are open to accept help and guidance
• You inspire trust, show respect to other people and act at all time guided by a strong ethical code
