Specifiek voor de divisie Cables & Ducts zijn wij op zoek naar een dynamische, gemotiveerde Site Supervisor die de nodige ervaring aan de dag kan leggen en kan bijdragen tot het succes van onze organisatie.
Vacatureomschrijving
- Je hebt de dagdagelijkse leiding over 1 of meerdere werven.
- Je plant alle on site werken (incl. personeel), stuurt het personeel aan en houdt toezicht op de werken. Je kan hierbij rekenen op ervaren ploegbazen.
- Je begeleidt de onderaannemers en volgt hen on site op.
- Je zorgt voor de veiligheid op de werf en stuurt bij waar nodig (toolbox, werfinspecties,…) volgens de richtlijnen van de klant en van BESIX Unitec.
- Je verzorgt de administratieve kant (nakijken van facturen, voorbereiden van meetstaten, communicatie met klant en belanghebbende).
- Je zorgt dat de kwaliteitsvereisten worden volbracht.
- Je communiceert professioneel over de stand van zaken naar de projectleiding.
- Je verzorgt de korte termijnplanning van de uitvoering.
- Je rapporteert over de lessons learned.
- Je houdt jezelf continu op de hoogte van evoluties binnen het vakgebied, en jouw kennis up-to-date in functie van de nieuwe ontwikkelingen.
Functie-eisen
- Je beschikt over een A2 diploma met technische achtergrond
- Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met het realiseren van projecten op het vlak van werktuigbouw en leidingwerk.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands.
- Kennis van de Franse taal is een pluspunt.
- Je bent flexibel naar regio’s toe voor verplaatsing naar de verschillende werven.
- Je bent een geboren organisator en functioneert perfect in teamverband.
