Your role

• Responsible for the client's overall financial management.
• Key member of the Belgian management team, reporting to the Country Director.

Your responsibilities will include

• Manage the finance department, including accounting, risk management and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ensure financial compliance and reporting according to Belgian and international standards.
• Optimise processes and support sales growth strategies.
• Train and develop finance staff in international accounting practices.

Your profile

• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Belgian statutory accounts and IFRS/GAAP.
• Experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English.
