CNC machine operator wood - oostende

For a modern wood processing company based in Ostend, we are looking for a CNC MACHINE OPERATOR - WOOD for wood constructions in our wood production department. Do you already have experience, and are you a responsible person? Your tasks as a CNC MACHINE OPERATOR in the Ostend region: Setting up and operating semi-automatic planing machines;Monitoring and controlling the planing quality;Coordinating the production process (safety, quality, efficiency);Reporting to the plant manager;Being involved in the development of the new production unit;Translating drawings into CNC programming;Coordinating improvement projects within your unit. As a CNC OPERATOR - WOOD in the Ostend region, you identify with the following: You have completed a technical education or have equivalent experience;You have experience with 3D drawing software such as SketchUp, Cadwork, AutoCAD, etc., and you are willing to follow internal training for this;You are ready for a supervisory role (managing approximately two operators);You have technical, logical, and spatial insight;Experience with CNC software is a plus – training will be provided;You are versatile and work precisely;You can be flexible when needed;You are eager to learn.
