We are looking for bakers for our client in the Mechelen area! Night shift. Our client is an industrial bakery with several branches. They are currently looking for an industrial baker to support the production process of Belgian bread. Your responsibilities will include: Dividing, rolling, and shaping dough.Controlling the fermentation process.Preparing loaves.Adding ingredients according to the recipe.Placing loaves in the oven and removing them on time.Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace.
