Do you have C2-level French and B2-level English? We're looking for motivated and solution-focused Customer Service Specialists to join our international team on-site in Lisbon.
Youll assist French-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy all while living in one of Europes most vibrant cities.
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
Maintain high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
Monday to Sunday
07:00 - 23:00 (rotative shifts)
2 rotative days off per week
24/7 schedule may be introduced later
Meal and transport allowances
Health insurance from day 1 (free after 6 months)
On-site position in central Lisbon
Flight cost reimbursement (conditions apply)

Assistance during relocation and settling in
French C2 level
English B2 level
