About the job

As a Business Analyst at Odoo, your mission is to implement Odoo software solutions and work closely with clients to ensure they make the best use of the Odoo applications (Accounting, eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Projects, Websites, and more). By understanding your client's needs and processes & delivering personalized training, you'll become the go-to person for all management solutions.

Picture yourself managing a variety of exciting projects (from 8 to 12) at the same time. From your very first weeks, youll dive into your initial challenges, supported every step of the way by your new colleagues. Over time, youll grow more independent, while still benefiting from the power of teamwork, because two heads are always better than one! And boredom? It simply doesnt exist here. Responsibilities

• Project Implementation (80%)
• Gain the trust of your customers
• Analyse the customer needs and suggest solutions
• Implement the agreed solutions (configuration & development)
• Make your customer/partner an Odoo Champion (training)
• Follow the project and communicate about its status and the ongoing tasks
• Organise and follow up Odoo implementations
• Identify digital and strategical opportunities
• Internal improvement (20%)
• Feedback to the Product Owners
• Coaching & Training
• Feedback for the department improvement

Must have

• 0 to 5 years of experience in IT/ERP Project
• General business knowledge (accounting, finance, supply chain, ...)
• Bilingual in English and French
• Dutch or Polish or Moroccan or UK English or Swiss german/french/italian/romansh languages
  
• Learn fast & Multitasking
• Autonomous, Assertive & Proactive
• Affinity with the IT world
• Valid unlimited work permit for Belgium

Full-time CDI

A 38 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
