Join Next Job Abroad as a Dutch Speaking Customer Care Agent in the dynamic iGaming industry in Malta! This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your passion for exceptional customer service with a vibrant work environment on a beautiful Mediterranean island. As a key member of our customer care team, you will assist Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring they have an outstanding experience with our gaming products.

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide valuable insights about our gaming offerings. If you're enthusiastic, communicative, and dedicated to delivering top-notch service, we would love to have you on board. Plus, our relocation support will ensure your transition to life in Malta is smooth and enjoyable!

Responsibilities

  • Offer excellent customer care via chat, email, and phone to Dutch-speaking customers.
  • Efficiently address and resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers regarding our gaming services.
  • Collaborate with your team to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to drive service improvements.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Previous experience in customer care or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture.
  • A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is highly advantageous.
