Next Job Abroad is delighted to offer a unique opportunity for a Flemish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in beautiful Bulgaria. You will be responsible for providing top-tier support to our Flemish-speaking clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues.
- Resolve problems efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service offerings and customer experience.
- Stay informed on company services and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new cultural experience.
