Next Job Abroad is delighted to offer a unique opportunity for a Flemish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in beautiful Bulgaria. This role is designed for enthusiastic individuals who love assisting customers and are looking to build a rewarding career in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for providing top-tier support to our Flemish-speaking clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues.
  • Resolve problems efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service offerings and customer experience.
  • Stay informed on company services and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new cultural experience.
