Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Business Support Consultant. In this essential role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our French-speaking business clients, ensuring their inquiries and needs are addressed with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service in a business context.


Responsibilities

  • Assist French-speaking business clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address client inquiries related to business services, account management, and operational support.
  • Resolve client-related issues swiftly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions in the CRM system for reference and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve complex inquiries and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay current on company services and products to provide informed and relevant assistance to clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to further enhance skills and service effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in a customer support role, particularly within a business or corporate environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on client engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with an ability to manage client needs efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.
