Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce a new opportunity for a French Speaking Social Media Support Advisor. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about social media and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a French Speaking Social Media Support Advisor, you will play a key role in engaging with our clients' French-speaking audience, ensuring their inquiries are handled with care and efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to French-speaking customers across various social media platforms, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Monitor social media interactions to ensure timely responses to comments, messages, and questions from users.
  • Proactively engage with customers to enhance their experience and foster brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media communications with the brand's messaging.
  • Analyze customer feedback and social media interactions to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in creating engaging social media content that resonates with the French-speaking audience.
  • Stay updated on social media best practices and trends to provide informed support and insights.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in social media support, community management, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and effective user engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools is an advantage.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
