Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce a position for a French Speaking Client Relations Specialist. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about fostering strong client relationships and providing exceptional support to French-speaking customers within a vibrant and collaborative environment.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to develop and maintain positive relationships.
  • Address inquiries regarding products and services while providing personalized and friendly support.
  • Efficiently manage and resolve client issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction and build loyalty.
  • Accurately document all client interactions in the CRM system for comprehensive tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and client relationship strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on understanding client needs.
  • Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to effectively relay relevant information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in client relations, customer support, or a related role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard computer applications.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for building relationships and delivering exceptional service to clients.
