Responsibilities

  • Offer high-quality frontline support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries related to products, services, and account issues.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for seamless follow-up and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain exceptional service standards and improve customer experiences.
  • Identify areas for service enhancement and contribute to best practices development.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to ensure accurate information delivery to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar support role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Enthusiastic attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
