Product Owner

As a product owner, you will drive the vision, roadmap and delivery of digital applications used by our Customer Centers and Service divisions. You will report to the Teamleader CX – Aftermarket & Service Portfolio within Power Technique IT, and you will work in close collaboration with stakeholders, end-users, developers, architects and project managers. This position is based in our global headquarters and can be performed in a hybrid setup.

In this role, the product owner acts as the single point of contact for assigned applications. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories, manage the product backlog, and align with stakeholders on scope, priorities and timelines. You will ensure that solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. You will also oversee testing and change management, provide documentation and training, and monitor product performance.

You will work closely with the Power Technique Service (PTS) division to support platforms such as Machines On Line, Parts On Line, Warranty On Line and Power Connect. These applications are essential for aftermarket and service processes. With your contribution as product owner, you help us create customer value through reliable and user-friendly digital solutions.

• Proven experience as Product Owner or in a similar role in a digital or IT environment

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe

• Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements

• Knowledge of data management or digital platforms is a plus
