For our client in Brussels, we are looking for a Management / Office Assistant.
Job Description:
As a Finance & Management Assistant, you will be the administrative and financial backbone of our team. Your tasks will include, among others:
The successful candidate will act as the Personal Assistant to the Manager based in Paris and provide support to an international Sales team of approximately 40 employees.
Daily administrative support: creating documents, filing, handling correspondence, managing emails and calls.
Agenda and schedule management: coordinating appointments, meetings, business trips, and both internal and external logistics.
Support of financial processes: invoicing, tracking incoming and outgoing invoices, payment follow-up, financial data entry, possibly bank or account reconciliations.
Preparing financial reports / budgets / summaries / Excel reports / administrative reports.
Coordination between various departments: liaising with internal teams, suppliers, administration and staff across the organization.
Support for projects, events or internal meetings: organising, minute-taking, logistics, follow-up.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant or management assistant — preferably in the banking or financial sector, or in an international company.
Degree (bachelor or master) or demonstrable relevant experience.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital file management / archiving.
Languages: fluent in French and English; very good level of Dutch.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, discretion, ability to handle stress and prioritise tasks.
Good communication skills, customer-oriented, professional and flexible.
