What your role looks like

As a Housekeeping Trainee, you will:

• coordinating daily housekeeping operations.
• inspecting guest rooms according to Marriott quality and hygiene standards.
• assisting with staff scheduling, planning, and departmental coordination.
• performing room checks and quality control procedures.
• identifying operational challenges and proposing improvements.
• reporting technical issues or defects to the facilities team.
• monitoring inventory, linen control, stock levels, and amenities.
• supporting deep-cleaning projects and busy operational periods.
• collaborating with Front office, Facilities department and F&B to ensure a seamless guest experience.

In short: you will gain a comprehensive, all-round understanding of how a Housekeeping department is operated and managed in an international hotel environment.

Who you are

• You study Hotel Management, Hospitality, Facilities or a related field.
• You work accurately with strong attention to detail.
• You are eager to learn within an international hotel brand.
• You speak English fluently.
• You are available for at least 12 weeks.
• You enjoy working in a team and contributing to a high-quality guest experience.
