In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and drive sales growth across diverse sectors. You collaborate with cross-functional teams (your consultants) and contribute actively to the success of commercial projects.

Profile :

• 1-5 years sales or business development experience
• Passion for client engagement and networking (you are a born Hunter)
• Can easily make connections with candidates and future consultants to train & coach them
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in French or Dutch + English
