Vos responsabilités
En tant que Recruteur International, vous serez responsable de l’ensemble du processus de recrutement pour les projets de nos clients :
Recherche et approche proactive de candidats (headhunting)
Sélection et analyse de CV
Conduite d’entretiens approfondis
Accompagnement des candidats tout au long du processus de sélection
Préparation des candidats à chaque étape du recrutement
Construction et maintien de relations solides et durables avec les candidats

Votre profil
Vous disposez d’un permis de travail valable en Belgique
Vous êtes titulaire au minimum d’un Bachelor
Vous avez au moins 2 ans d’expérience professionnelle, idéalement en recrutement ou dans un rôle commercial en France
Vous avez une connaissance approfondie du marché du travail français et comprenez les spécificités de la culture professionnelle française
Vous êtes au courant des lois sociales françaises
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français de France, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
Vous parlez et écrivez couramment l’anglais (niveau C1)
Vous avez une forte fibre commerciale, êtes curieux(se), motivé(e) et orienté(e) résultats
Vous maîtrisez les recherches booléennes et êtes à l’aise avec les outils en ligne et les plateformes de sourcing
