Offrez un service client de qualité en allemand dans le secteur bancaire, en étant le point de contact privilégié pour nos clients germanophones.
Dans ce rôle, vous serez l’intermédiaire principal entre notre client et ses clients germanophones, assurant un support fluide et professionnel. Vous répondrez aux questions, aiderez à résoudre les problèmes et contribuerez à une expérience client positive et sans accroc.
- Répondre aux demandes des clients concernant les produits et services bancaires par téléphone, email ou chat
- Assister les clients sur leurs comptes, transactions et commandes
- Veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires et des normes de conformité
- Entretenir des relations solides avec les clients grâce à un service attentif et de qualité
- Collaborer avec vos collègues pour échanger connaissances et bonnes pratiques
