Process Consultant

As part of the Delivery Excellence team, the Process Consultant ensures and manages (continuous) improvements in the business & technical processes, with a view to cost savings, process efficiency and customer satisfaction. He/she drives change in the tribe.

The job requires close cooperation with all tribe actors (TPO, PO’s, cluster leads, analysts, …), business stakeholders and partners.

A good knowledge of the Telenet environment and processes and experience in analyzing flows are therefore key assets.

The Process Consultant reports directly to the Delivery Excellence Team Manager.

Your tasks as a Process Consultant :

• You establish, ensure and manage (continuous) improvements & changes in business processes to reduce costs and increase process efficiency/customer satisfaction.
• You define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), gather process/change requirements and detect which are the strong influencing drivers for the target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through analysis, to support the strategic decision-making process and flow improvements.
• You identify, justify and design/develop the necessary solutions, including scoping. You provide support in the development of these business cases and the carrying out of impact analyses.
• You define and present the final solution, the substantiation/argumentation for the solution and the impact on the organization.
• You initiate and manage changes in behavior and culture through implementation, coordination, training and guidance to the people involved.

• Has a strong process improvement and operational excellence mindset, leveraging methodologies such as Lean, Lean Six Sigma, and process management to drive efficiency and business value.
• Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex information into actionable insights, identifying root causes, and developing sustainable solutions.
• Has cross-functional stakeholder management expertise, able to align diverse stakeholders, build consensus, influence decision-making, and successfully drive change initiatives.
• Is an experienced project and change leader, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining both strategic oversight and attention to detail.
• Is an effective communicator and coach, able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, facilitate knowledge sharing, and train stakeholders to ensure adoption of new processes and solutions.
• Is an agile and collaborative professional, recognized as a relationship builder, team player, and continuous learner who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces change with a solution-oriented approach.
