En tant que Technicien Facilities, vous serez responsable de l'exécution d'une variété de tâches d'entretien et de réparations de tout type pour un de nos clients.
Vous contrôlez de manière préventive les installations du bâtiment et les installations électriques.
· Vous effectuez de manière autonome des interventions et des réparations mineures sur le bâtiment et l'infrastructure, ainsi que toutes sortes de petits travaux (peinture, remplacement de lampes, etc.) et des activités de déménagement.
· Vous travaillez conformément aux règles et procédures de sécurité en vigueur.
· Vous êtes en contact avec le client sur place mais aussi avec à votre responsable à distance.
· Vous rédigez des rapports de vos interventions.
· Une expérience démontrable dans un poste similaire.
· Vous êtes très flexible et communicatif, tant avec les clients qu'avec votre supérieur.
· Vous êtes très attaché à la sécurité, tant pour vous que pour vos collègues.
· Vous voyez le travail à venir. Vous êtes connu comme quelqu'un qui prend des initiatives et qui est proactif.
· Vous êtes avide d'apprendre, passionné par les techniques du bâtiment et désireux d'élargir vos connaissances.
· Vous possédez des certificats (VCA;BA4 ;...) ? C'est un atout indéniable !
