Job Description 1.Prepare customs documentation. 2.Submit import declarations. 3.Ensure compliance and manage risks. 4.Record clearance activities and maintain archives for customs reference. 5.Optimize customs systems and processes. 6.Assist with customs-related projects. 7.Track order logistics progress 8.Contact and coordinate internal and external resources 9.Collaborate to handle logistics exceptions and communicate with customers promptly 10.Record, follow-up, and close exception incidents 11.Summarize exception incidents and collaborate on subsequent optimizations 12.Optimize logistics processes and systems 13.Assist with the operation of customer self-pickup trucks Job Requirement 1. French/English required 2. Logistics knowledge, especially C section process. 3. Teamwork spirit and stress management.
