Nous recherchons un(e) Personal Assistant pour soutenir le top management et contribuer activement à des activités stratégiques dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant. Responsabilités principales Support administratif au top management (gestion des agendas et des boîtes mail) Coordination et organisation des réunions (préparation, logistique, suivi) Suivi des décisions et respect des échéances Rédaction, relecture et mise en forme de documents, rapports et présentations Préparation et suivi de dossiers stratégiques et publications Gestion des appels téléphoniques et des contacts internes et externes Archivage et digitalisation de documents Responsabilités spécifiques Support direct au Directeur général Coordination des activités d’un département stratégique lié aux thématiques emploi et sécurité sociale Organisation complète de réunions à haut niveau (préparation, logistique, suivi administratif) Interface clé entre les équipes internes et les parties prenantes externes

Profile
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire (support exécutif, administration, communication ou environnement juridique) Excellente maîtrise du français ou du néerlandais avec une bonne connaissance de l’autre langue Très bonne maîtrise de MS Office ; la connaissance de SharePoint est un atout Intérêt pour les outils digitaux et/ou d’intelligence artificielle Organisé(e), structuré(e) et capable de gérer plusieurs priorités Excellentes compétences relationnelles et communication professionnelle Discrétion, fiabilité et sens des responsabilités Esprit d’équipe avec une attitude proactive et orientée solutions

Offer
