As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience by providing clear, efficient, and solution-oriented support.

Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
Friendly, patient, and strongly customer-oriented
Comfortable working in technical or software-driven environments
Analytical mindset with a strong interest in software and systems
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions
