Your role :
As a Talent Manager Intern, you will support our team in identifying and recruiting talented consultants who will work on exciting projects with our clients.
You will be trained and guided throughout your internship to develop your recruitment, sourcing, and talent management skills in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and job boards
• Screening CVs and identifying relevant profiles
• Conducting first HR interviews with candidates
• Supporting the recruitment process from sourcing to interview coordination
• Building and maintaining a talent pipeline
• Assisting in candidate follow-up and recruitment reporting
You will work closely with the Business and Talent Managers and gain a strong understanding of the consulting and staffing industry.
Profile :
• You are currently studying in Business, HR, or a related field
• You are curious, proactive, and motivated to learn
• You have good communication and interpersonal skills
• You are fluent in French and English and Dutch is a plus. xqknzec
A first knowledge of recruitment or experience in a consulting or staffing/interim environment is a plus and will help you better understand the role.
