We are supporting SPDG S.A., the investment holding company of the Périer‐D'Ieteren family, as it enters an exciting new strategic chapter. With AuM in the multi-billion-euro range, SPDG (Sustainable Profitable Development & Growth), is actively redeploying capital to build a diversified portfolio of long‐term, influential investments aligned with structural macro trends.
To support this ambition, we are looking for a (Senior) Investment Manager – Public Equity to help build and shape SPDG's in‐house public equity platform.
In this role, you will:Help build a long‐term, internally driven public equity strategyAnalyze and select listed companies, ETFs as well as active and other passive investment funds based on in-depth fundamental research and financial modellingTranslate investment conviction into portfolio decisions and ongoing risk monitoringSupport portfolio construction and oversee selected external managersWork closely with senior decision‐makers, including the Executive Committee and the BoardUse public markets as a strategic lens to identify sectors and companies for future long‐term investments
Who we're looking for:You are an experienced public equity investor with a long‐term mindset and a hands‐on approach. You enjoy combining deep analysis with strategic thinking and are comfortable operating in a lean, high‐standards environment.
Master's degree in economics, management, finance, engineering or similar discipline. xqknzec 7–13 years of experience in public equities or institutional investingStrong skills in fundamental and/or technical analysis, valuation and portfolio constructionProven personal contribution to investment decisions and performanceExcellent analytical, writing and synthesis abilitiesFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)High integrity, ownership mindset and entrepreneurial spiritBrussels (HQ); optional presence in Switzerland/Luxembourg
