- Advising private equity firms, corporates and financial institutions on Banking & Finance matters
- Working on acquisition finance transactions, corporate lending and debt capital markets
- Assisting with insolvency-related aspects of finance transactions
- Conducting in-depth legal research and drafting legal documentation
- Working closely with senior associates and partners on complex files
- Building strong client relationships through clear and pragmatic advice
- Belgian Master of Law degree with a strong academic background
- 1-6 years of experience as a lawyer, ideally with exposure to banking or finance law
- Analytical, detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset
- Able to work independently while thriving in a team setting
- Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, down-to-earth approach
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Motivated to grow in a challenging and professional environment
