Missie

Als Data Operator binnen de divisie Master Data Management (MDM) speel je een cruciale rol in het beheer van artikel- en vestigingsgegevens voor Carrefour België. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige invoer en verwerking van gegevens binnen een specifiek domein (Permanent of Promoties). Jouw doel is om de operationele efficiëntie te ondersteunen en de klantervaring te verbeteren door de integriteit en precisie van onze commerciële informatie te waarborgen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Operationeel beheer: Je ontvangt en analyseert aanvragen voor gegevensverwerking en codeert deze in de systemen volgens gedefinieerde regels en standaarden.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je controleert de nauwkeurigheid van de gegevens, corrigeert fouten en zorgt ervoor dat informatie correct wordt verwerkt en verrijkt.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Je past systematisch de methoden en tools van Carrefour toe en stelt verbeteringen voor om de interne processen en de klantervaring te optimaliseren.
  • Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met de Business Data Steward voor complexe dossiers en treedt op als ambassadeur van de Carrefour-strategie binnen je team.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of een CESS (getuigschrift middelbaar onderwijs).
  • Je hebt 0 tot 2 jaar ervaring in een domein gerelateerd aan gegevensbeheer.
  • Je spreekt vlot Frans en Nederlands (must have!)
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur basiskennis van SAP, Excel, de Google Suite, PIM of Maxxing.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld, resultaatgericht en nauwkeurig ("first-time right").
