We're looking for an experienced MuleSoft Integration Architect to strengthen our official Salesforce partnership and meet our growing demand for integration projects. You'll be the go-to expert for API design, integration architecture, and technical leadership — combining deep MuleSoft expertise with strong client advisory skills.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Engineering (preferred, but not required)
• Proven experience as a MuleSoft architect or senior integration consultant
• MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect and/or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (mandatory)
• Deep expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform: API design, integration patterns, DataWeave, connectors
• Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity, microservices architecture, and event-driven integration
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, DevOps practices (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plus
• Ability to engage confidently with technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a MuleSoft Integration Architect at asUgo, your mission will include:

1) Integration Architecture & Solution Design

• Design and develop scalable, robust integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform
• Define API contracts and implement end-to-end APIs — from design to delivery
• Architect API-led connectivity solutions ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability
• Ensure alignment between integration layer, Salesforce ecosystem, and downstream systems

2) Client Advisory & Technical Leadership

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into integrated solutions
• Act as a key technical stakeholder on smaller and larger international projects
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Support pre-sales activities, solution positioning, and delivery scoping

3) Governance & Best Practices

• Define and enforce integration development best practices: governance, version control, testing methodologies
• Set and maintain integration standards across projects and teams
• Stay up-to-date with the latest MuleSoft roadmap, integration trends, and industry best practices

4) Troubleshooting & Quality

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams
• Validate integration outputs, automation, and data flows
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and compliance

5) Coaching & Practice Development

• Mentor and coach integration consultants and developers
• Build MuleSoft capability internally through knowledge sharing and enablement
• Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and delivery frameworks
