Globall Concept recherche un Dessinateur Industriel pour intégrer son

département R&D

Globall Concept est une entreprise belge spécialisée dans la création et la fabrication de décorations et d’illuminations festives. Nous accompagnons villes, centres commerciaux et professionnels pour illuminer leurs espaces et créer des ambiances uniques pendant les fêtes.


La mission

Vous rejoindrez notre équipe R&D, composée de talents passionnés, et contribuerez directement

à la création de décorations féériques. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre STUDIO artistique et le département ACHAT, afin d’assurer la cohérence technique, esthétique et fonctionnelle de nos produits. Votre rôle sera essentiel pour transformer les idées créatives en solutions techniques fiables et innovantes.

Responsabilités principales :

1. Conception et optimisation technique

  • Réaliser des plans techniques détaillés à partir de croquis ou plans existants, en utilisant SolidWorks, Illustrator ou InDesign.
  • Intégrer les contraintes liées aux matériaux, procédés de fabrication et utilisation des pièces.
  • Améliorer et optimiser des plans numériques existants pour garantir la faisabilité et la qualité.
  • Définir les solutions d’assemblage (mécano-soudé, choix des vis, fixation des éléments).
  • Effectuer une veille pour identifier de nouveaux matériaux et procédés adaptés aux projets.

2. Collaboration & créativité

  • Fournir des plans clairs et des explications techniques à l’équipe de production.
  • Créer des modes d’emploi de montage via Illustrator.
  • Analyser et contrôler les échantillons fournisseurs : analyser des rapports d’inspection, commenter et proposer des modifications.
  • Participer ponctuellement à des sessions de brainstorming créatif pour imaginer de nouveaux produits et exprimer votre créativité.
  • Collaborer avec les différents interlocuteurs (dessinateurs, achats, etc) pour garantir la cohérence et la qualité des projets.


Votre profil

  • Diplôme en dessin industriel (bachelier ou équivalent)
  • 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire
  • Excellente maîtrise de Solidworks et Illustrator (ou logiciel équivalent)
  • Connaissance de la Suite Adobe (Illustrator, Indesign) et Suite Office.
  • Connaissance en mécano-soudure est un atout
  • Esprit analytique et logique, avec un sens aigu du détail.
  • Capacité à écouter et comprendre les besoins des différents départements (Studio, Achats, Production).
  • Aptitude à traduire des idées en plans techniques réalistes, permettant de passer du concept au produit concret.
  • Excellente communication pour expliquer clairement ses plans et créer des modes d’emploi compréhensibles.
  • Coordination efficace avec les équipes et capacité à aller chercher l’information auprès des bons interlocuteurs.
  • Autonomie, sens des responsabilités et vision globale de l’impact de son travail sur les autres.
  • Ouverture créative, capable de participer à des brainstormings et d’apporter des idées innovantes.
  • Bonne maitrise du français et de l’anglais.
