The family company Stadsbader was founded in 1946 in Harelbeke. In the meanwhile, the company is directed by third generation Dominique Valcke. The acquisitions of Deckx AO and Deckx EM in Dessel (2009), Van Maercke Prefab in Kluisbergen (2014) and BAM Contractors (2022) were a strong expansion of the specialisation segments and a reinforcement of the market position. Today the group is daily active in about 250 construction sites in Belgian and the neighbouring countries. Functieomschrijving Als Ploegbaas Bouw Polyvalent speel je een sleutelrol in de dagelijkse organisatie en uitvoering van onze bouwwerven. Wat behoort er tot jouw takenpakket? Je stuurt een polyvalente bouwploeg aan en werkt actief mee op de werf. Je coördineert en voert diverse bouwwerkzaamheden uit (ruwbouw, betonwerken, metselwerk, kleine afwerkingen, …). Je zorgt voor een vlotte planning en opvolging van de werken. Je ziet toe op kwaliteit, orde en netheid op de werf. Je waakt over de naleving van de veiligheid...
