Business Solutions is verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en implementeren van digitale oplossingen, zodat onze distributiepartners en onze operationele diensten hun doelen op een zo efficiënt en gebruiksvriendelijk mogelijke manier kunnen bereiken, in het kader van de onderschrijving en het beheer van niet-levensverzekeringscontracten en -schadegevallen.
We ondersteunen en coördineren projecten van a tot z, van de behoeften tot de lancering.
Dit is jouw topjob Om dit team te versterken en te helpen bij onze digitaliseringsprojecten, zijn we op zoek naar een Business Analyst.
Je staat in voor de dagelijkse opvolging van je projecten en beheert ze proactief.
Je houdt de planning en budgetten onder controle.
Je analyseert de behoeften, je definieert de beste oplossingen en je beschrijft de businessvereisten die als basis dienen voor IT.
Je zorgt voor het testen en opvolgen van je projecten en garandeert de kwaliteit ervan.
Je communiceert duidelijk en constructief met de verschillende stakeholders en met het management.
Je vergemakkelijkt de samenwerking en fungeert als doorgeefluik tussen de IT-teams, de andere businesses (Marketing, Operations, Process, Legal enz.) en onze externe partners.
Je leidt vergaderingen of werkgroepen in het Nederlands, het Frans en eventueel in het Engels.
Dit ben jij helemaal! Je bent kritisch ingesteld, hebt oog voor detail en legt vlot verbanden tussen verschillende concepten.
Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als business analist Je bent planmatig en je kan autonoom en gestructureerd werken.
Je valt op door je communicatie- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
Je past je snel aan en je begrijpt snel nieuwe materie.
Je voelt je helemaal thuis in een technische omgeving.
Je hebt een universitair diploma of een gelijkwaardige beroepservaring.
Heb je al ervaring met niet-levensverzekeringen? Dan heb je een streepje voor.
