Objectif du poste :
En tant que Customer Sales Support Officer, vous assurez le support administratif et commercial de notre équipe de vente et contribuez activement à la satisfaction de notre clientèle internationale dans le secteur de la construction. Vous êtes le point de contact privilégié pour nos clients en Belgique, et vous facilitez le bon déroulement du processus de commande.
Responsabilités principales :
- Gérer les demandes des clients en français, néerlandais et anglais par téléphone, e-mail et via notre plateforme en ligne.
- Préparer et suivre les offres commerciales, les commandes et les livraisons.
- Collaborer avec les départements logistique, production et finance pour garantir un traitement fluide des commandes.
- Mettre à jour les données clients dans notre système ERP/CRM.
- Gestion des sinistres en collaboration avec les clients/sales/magasin
- Informer les clients sur les délais, la disponibilité des produits et les spécificités techniques.
- Assister les représentants commerciaux dans leurs tâches administratives et commerciales.
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus internes liés au service client.
- Apporter du support au service achats en cas de besoins.
Profil recherché :
- Formation de niveau bachelier en commerce, administration ou langues.
- Trilingue Français/anglais/néerlandais (oral et écrit)
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire.
- La connaissance de l’allemand est un atout, mais pas une exigence.
- Sens du service, rigueur et esprit d’équipe.
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (ERP, CRM, MS Office).
- Intérêt pour le secteur de la construction ou des matériaux est un plus.
