- Act as the sole point of contact for compliance matters within the organisation
- Report directly to the CEO on compliance risks, actions, gaps, and improvements
- Translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical, operational guidelines
- Support day‑to‑day business activities across e‑mobility and retail operations
- Identify, monitor, and assess compliance risks and incidents
- Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions in close cooperation with operational teams
- Ensure follow‑up and implementation of advice from legal and regulatory experts
- Monitor regulatory developments relevant to energy markets, e‑mobility, and consumer activities
- Contribute to strategic and operational projects from a compliance perspective
- Raise awareness and embed a strong compliance culture across the organisation
- Support internal and external stakeholder communication on compliance topics
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- A first relevant experience in compliance, quality, or a regulated environment
- Comfortable operating in a stand‑alone role with limited structure
- Strongly operational and hands‑on, with the ability to work autonomously
- Proven ability to translate complex regulations into workable business solutions
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Clear and confident communicator, able to interact with senior management
- Well‑organised and capable of prioritising independently
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Proactive, pragmatic, and resilient in a fast‑changing environment
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch is essential and very good knowledge of English
