Your mission (should you choose to accept it 😉)

As part of organizational and Agile transformation projects for clients located in Belgium, we are looking for a change management consultant with initial experience, capable of working in both French and English-speaking environments.

You will work as an employee on assignments aimed at:

• Leading change projects under the supervision of a project manager: design, facilitation, stakeholder management, action coordination, information flow
• Designing and deploying cultural and organizational transformation trajectories
• Developing an Agile culture inspired by Agile principles and methods, at the organizational level
• Strengthening a cross-functional project culture, breaking down silos, and supporting resistance to change
• Developing collective intelligence and sustainable participatory practices
• Facilitating working groups, meetings, workshops, and co-creation sessions in English and/or French

Your Profile

• You have 1 to 2 years of initial experience in change management and organizational transformation
• You are proficient in classic change approaches (ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin, etc.)
• You are comfortable with Agile culture and methods
• You are proficient in tools and practices for collective intelligence and participatory dynamics
• You have strong coaching skills: coaching, facilitation, training
• You demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and professionalism in various contexts
• You combine communication skills, active listening, diplomacy… and a touch of humor 😉
• As a consultant, you know how to adapt to client constraints and pace while ensuring mission objectives are met

Languages – key criterion for the position

• French: very good command
• English: very good command
• Dutch: good command

👉 This position involves facilitating clients, workshops, and steering committees primarily in French and English. Partial knowledge of the language does not meet the requirements of the role.
