Description de l'emploi
Vous êtes responsable de la croissance commerciale sur la région flamande, en développant un portefeuille clients à partir de zéro et en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités sur le marché.
Vos missions principales :
• Déployer une stratégie de prospection commerciale active (terrain, appels, réseautage)
• Identifier et acquérir de nouveaux clients B2B en Flandre
• Développer un portefeuille dans des secteurs industriels ciblés :
o Tableautiers (fabricants de coffrets électriques)
o Constructeurs de machines
o Constructeurs de véhicules et acteurs industriels techniques
• Analyser les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées (disjoncteurs, composants électriques, solutions de fixation de câbles)
• Assurer le suivi commercial et construire des relations durables
• Gérer votre activité de manière autonome avec reporting structuré (CRM)
Compétences et expérience
• Première expérience en vente B2B, développement commercial ou prospection, ou profil junior à fort potentiel
• Intérêt ou affinité pour le secteur industriel, technique ou électrotechnique
• Expérience en prospection / cold acquisition est un atout
Soft skills
• Profil chasseur (hunter) orienté résultats
• Persévérance et ténacité, tout en gardant une approche commerciale qualitative (non agressive)
• Bon relationnel et capacité à créer un climat de confiance
• Autonomie, organisation et sens des responsabilités
Langues
• Néerlandais : indispensable (votre candidature ne sera pas retenue si vous n'avez pas la parfaite maîtrise de la langue)
• Français : bon niveau
• Anglais : un atout
• Contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI) avec démarrage rapide
• Salaire brut indicatif : environ 3600 € bruts
• Voiture de société incluse
• Fonction terrain avec un haut niveau d’autonomie
