Dans le cadre de son développement et de l’expansion de ses activités, notre client recherche un(e) Product Specialist afin de créer et structurer cette fonction stratégique.

Votre mission:

En tant que Product Specialist, vous développez une expertise approfondie dans les pompes immergées et devenez le référent technique interne sur cette gamme de produits.

Vous jouez un rôle clé à l’interface entre le développement produit, les équipes commerciales et les clients. Votre objectif est de garantir un haut niveau de maîtrise technique, de contribuer à l’amélioration continue des produits et d’assurer un support technique fiable et structuré.

Cette fonction offre un haut niveau d’autonomie et la possibilité de construire votre rôle dans un environnement en pleine évolution.

Vos responsabilités

  • Vous développez une connaissance approfondie des pompes immergées et de leurs applications afin de devenir un expert reconnu en interne et auprès des clients.
  • Vous rédigez, structurez et mettez à jour la documentation technique (fiches produits, catalogues, certifications type CE, ISO, etc.).
  • Vous contribuez activement à l’optimisation des produits en identifiant des pistes d’amélioration et en proposant des solutions techniques.
  • Vous accompagnez les équipes commerciales en apportant un support technique pointu et participez à certaines rencontres clients, notamment sur des projets complexes.
  • Vous intervenez en service après-vente pour analyser les problématiques techniques et apporter des solutions adaptées.
  • Vous dispensez des formations tant en interne qu’auprès des clients.
  • Vous vous déplacez ponctuellement chez les clients ainsi que lors de salons professionnels, y compris à l’international.



Profiel kandidaat

  • Vous êtes ingénieur (ou équivalent) à orientation électromécanique, mécanique, énergie ou similaire.
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée dans un environnement technique, idéalement en lien avec les pompes, les systèmes hydrauliques, le traitement de l’eau ou des équipements industriels similaires.
  • Vous avez de solides connaissances en électromécanique et comprenez le fonctionnement de systèmes de pompage.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise dans la relation client et appréciez combiner technique et contact terrain.
  • Vous êtes autonome, structuré(e) et capable de construire votre fonction sans encadrement rapproché.
  • Vous êtes curieux(se), orienté(e) amélioration continue et force de proposition.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais. Le néerlandais constitue un atout.
